The answer put simple is yes we can. Most decent, professional companies will be licensed and insured and also have the staff to deal with any size property clear out.  Whether it be a small flat, or say a shop or even a unit on the high street right up to a full on large retail unit or extra large commercial unit. Here we have a selection of vans and trucks so therefore we are able to handle ANY size clearance throughout the entire United Kingdom.

Well this depends on several factors. How large is the property that needs clearing? Does any of the items inside this property need to be taken apart to be moved? Can we park the vans/trucks either directly outside the property? On large businesses can we park the vehicles or skips inside the actual building? How much volume needs to go? The larger the job then the longer each task will take. 

This is a very common question the teams get asked a lot. Well if there is any valuable items, these items will get sold on and these items are taken into consideration when the surveyor is pricing up the job. Other items which we get on most jobs get donated to local charities. Then all the WASTE/RUBBISH Gets taken to waste management sites, or as some people call them, waste transfer stations. Here all the wood, plastics, metals, garden waste, POP's waste get separated and recycled accordingly.  

Persistent Organic Pollutants

Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs) are a group of organic compounds that have toxic properties, persist in the environment, accumulate in food chains and pose a risk to human health and the environment. 

If waste containing these is not managed responsibly, they have the potential to cause damage to the wider environment. The POPs found in waste is upholstered domestic seating, including sofas, armchairs and most things with upholstery on them. So items like dining chairs or office chairs. Or items to go with your sofa perhaps. Or perhaps your mattress and generally items like this. pholstered ining and office

Well these items have to be incinerated. If you Google it this is what your search will show. 

You must not recycle or reuse any waste that contains POPs. The POPs must be destroyed. You can recover waste containing POPs where the recovery process destroys the POP. For example, incineration with energy recovery 

Once again this is a similar answer to a question above. This depends on the size of the task. The teams can be as little as only 2 people or as large as say 10 people, it all depends on the size of the job.
